Your personal details
NK Studio uses your name, phone number, email, visit preferences and note to handle your request, contact you and agree the service. Please do not include medical or other sensitive information in the note.
Who can see your request
Contact details are accessible to the authorised studio administrator. Your private link shows the service, date, status and artist’s messages; it lets you cancel or request a new time and does not show your phone number or email or internal notes. Keep the link private.
Storage and deletion
Requests are stored on this site’s server to manage visits. To correct your details or request deletion, contact @nk.studio_london on Instagram. Requests, including closed requests, are kept without automatic deletion.
Preferences and external services
Your language preference is saved on your device. The site and request form are available without sign-in. ChatGPT sign-in is required only for the owner panel. Instagram links open a separate service with its own policies. No advertising or analytics scripts are installed. Email is used for appointment messages and reminders, without marketing. Once the email service is activated, it receives your email, name and the visit details needed to send those messages. Payments and SMS are not connected.
