Cancellations & changes

Cancel or request a new time from your private appointment page at least 24 hours before your visit. For later changes, message Katya on Instagram. A new time needs to be agreed.

Submitting a request takes no payment. If a deposit is agreed for your visit, its amount and refund terms will be shared before you pay. For late cancellations or missed visits, only an amount agreed in advance may be retained from that deposit, limited to the studio’s actual loss after any replacement booking.

Is this an instant booking?

It’s a request for your preferred date and time. NK Studio confirms availability, the final price and visit length personally.

Can I bring a design idea?

Yes. Leave a short description in your request and send a reference in Instagram Direct. French finish is listed at an additional £10; other details are quoted personally.

I already have gel on my nails.

Mention it in your note. Removal is included in the published gel strengthening service. For other services, ask about removal before agreeing your price.

How long will my appointment take?

Timing depends on the service, length, existing coating and design. The artist agrees your visit length before confirming.

Where is the studio?

NK Studio is in London. Ask for the current studio location in Instagram Direct; the exact address is shared when your visit is agreed.

What if my plans change?

Cancel or request a new time from your private appointment page at least 24 hours before your visit. For later changes, contact Katya in Instagram Direct. Any deposit and its cancellation terms are agreed before payment.
